My experience is unique because it combines authenticity, tradition and local quality: I accompany travelers in a real Piedmontese forest with my truffle dog, showing live research and explaining techniques, secrets and seasonality. After the walk, I take them to a typical trattoria where they taste homemade tajarin, fresh black truffles, 0 km products and local wines included, with the possibility of adding Alba white truffle as an extra seasonal.
